What We Offer

Programs Built for
Real Businesses

Each program addresses a specific knowledge gap that small business owners encounter as they try to grow, formalize, or systematize their operations.

How Our Programs Work

ClearDraft Digital offers training in two formats: in-person workshops held at our Baguio City training center, and self-paced online courses accessible from anywhere in the Philippines.

Both formats cover the same core material. The workshop format adds group discussion, collaborative exercises, and direct interaction with facilitators. The online format offers flexibility for business owners who cannot travel or who prefer to learn on their own schedule.

Programs can be taken individually or as part of a progression. Many participants start with Financial Management and move into the other tracks as their understanding deepens.

Core Program

Basic Financial Management

This is where most participants begin. Financial management is not about becoming an accountant. It is about understanding what is happening in your business financially so you can make informed decisions.

The program covers income and expense tracking, the difference between cash flow and profit, reading a simple income statement, understanding your cost structure, and making basic financial projections. All examples use Philippine peso amounts and local business scenarios.

No prior accounting knowledge is required. The program is designed specifically for business owners who have been running their finances by instinct and want to build a more structured understanding.

Topics Covered

  • Income and expense recording basics
  • Cash flow vs. profit distinction
  • Reading a simple income statement
  • Understanding your cost structure
  • Basic financial projections
  • Separating personal and business finances

Business Registration Walkthrough

Registering a business in the Philippines involves multiple agencies and a sequence of steps that can feel overwhelming without guidance. This program maps out the entire process in a clear, logical order.

Participants learn the difference between DTI registration for sole proprietors and SEC registration for partnerships and corporations. The program also covers LGU business permits, BIR registration, and the requirements that come with each type of registration.

This is educational content, not registration assistance. Participants leave with a clear understanding of what is required and why, which helps them engage more effectively with the agencies and professionals involved in the actual process.

Topics Covered

  • DTI vs. SEC registration overview
  • LGU business permit process
  • BIR registration and TIN requirements
  • Business structure options explained
  • Post-registration compliance basics

Taxes for Small Enterprises

Tax obligations for small businesses in the Philippines depend on your business structure, your annual revenue, and how you are registered with the BIR. Many small business owners are uncertain about which taxes apply to them and what the filing schedules look like.

This program provides an educational overview of the main tax types relevant to small enterprises: percentage tax, income tax for self-employed individuals and corporations, VAT thresholds, and withholding tax basics. The program also covers record-keeping requirements that support tax compliance.

This is not tax advice or tax preparation. It is education about how the tax system works so that business owners can have more informed conversations with their accountants and make better decisions about their record-keeping.

Topics Covered

  • Overview of BIR tax types for SMEs
  • Percentage tax vs. VAT threshold
  • Income tax for sole proprietors
  • Basic withholding tax concepts
  • Record-keeping for tax compliance
  • Filing schedules and deadlines overview

Building Business Systems

Many small business owners reach a point where growth stalls because everything depends on them personally. Every decision, every process, every exception. This is not a management problem. It is a systems problem.

This program teaches participants how to document their business processes, write standard operating procedures that employees can actually follow, design workflows for recurring tasks, and create the kind of operational structure that allows a business to function when the owner is not present for every detail.

The program draws on practical frameworks adapted for small Philippine businesses. Participants work through their own business scenarios during the sessions and leave with draft documentation they can immediately implement.

Topics Covered

  • Process mapping and documentation
  • Writing effective SOPs
  • Workflow design for recurring tasks
  • Delegation frameworks
  • Monitoring without micromanaging
  • Building an operations manual
